Vesting Periods

Seed Phase Investors:

  • Initial unlock: 10% of tokens unlocked at the token generation event (TGE)

  • Vesting period: 22 months

  • Monthly unlocks: 4.09% of tokens unlocked every month, starting from the second month after the TGE

Private Sale Investors:

  • Initial unlock: 15% of tokens unlocked at the TGE

  • Vesting period: 20 months

  • Monthly unlocks: 4.25% of tokens unlocked every month, starting from the second month after the TGE

Public Sale Investors:

  • Initial unlock: 100% of tokens unlocked at the TGE

This vesting curve allows seed phase investors to access a portion of their tokens immediately after the TGE while ensuring a gradual release of tokens over the 22-month period. The private sale investors will have a slightly larger initial unlock, followed by a 20-month vesting period with monthly releases. Public sale investors will receive their full allocation at the TGE, allowing them to participate in the LearnDAO ecosystem from the outset.
