LearnDAO treasury will hold 15% of the total $LDAO tokens.

• The Learn DAO treasury will be responsibly managed to ensure that the value generated by DAO activities is passed back to $LDAO holders. It will be managed using a Gnosis multi-signature wallet.

  • Swaps for crypto assets and digital assets to support the growth of LearnDAO in the metaverse.

  • Token swaps with strategic partners that can benefit the ecosystem.

  • Investing in current and upcoming Web3 projects in exchange for future tokens.

  • Future fundraising rounds and token buybacks.

  R&D:

  • Develop and improve technology, create new token use cases, and enhance the functionality of Learn DAO.

  Use of Funds:

  1. Technology development and automation tools for current and future needs. Scaling of solutions in the metaverse and across various platforms. App and website integrated development. Web3 and metaverse technology research and development.

  2. Investment in digital assets, virtual land, and partnership tokens.

  3. Operations Management, including daily operations, financial, and legal compliance.

  4. Global expansion and marketing.

  5. Legal and exchange listings.

  6. Community building and events.
